A little off to the side of the main part of Elkai Hold, the Gathering Area sits like a gaudy bauble strewn across the sand. It juts out onto the beach, the stone pavilions always waiting for somebody to come and have a party there. It's open for anybody to use, but in recent Turns, it's started to get watched by some less than benevolent eyes...
